Sol Kjøk, born in Lillehammer, lives and works in Brooklyn. With studies in Paris, Vienna, Medellín, and Cincinnati, as well as an MFA in Painting from Parsons School of Design, she has developed an internationally grounded abstract practice. Numerous exhibitions, residencies, awards, and inclusion in public collections underscore the professional and institutional reach of her work. Women in Art is an initiative by Fürstenweg Unique Fine Art that curated this selection. Its aim is to increase the visibility of both emerging and established female artists in the art market.
