Bids below the Opening price aren't accepted. The purchase price consists of the highest bid and the buyer's premium of 28% (Differenzbesteuerung, or differential taxation of the sale price exceeding the original purchase price). If stanbidding-no-biddingrd taxation (indicated in the catalog) is applied, the buyer's premium amounts to 20% of the highest bid, which includes a 10% value-added tax for pictures. At the auction we will bid up until your chosen amount. You will receive the desired item at the lowest possible price. When placing a bid the client accepts the terms of public auction that are listed at www.lehnerkunstauktionen.at. and in an abbreviated form within the catalog. You are welcome to also bid live by telephone during the auction. To do this, you must write down on the Bidding Form the telephone number of where you can be reached during the auction. If we are unable to reach you, we will assume that your purchase order is the opening price. Within Post-Auction Sales the premium will be increased by 2%.
